Send an Inquiry
Email us at info@aoijapan.jp with the item code(s) and any questions. We respond promptly with availability, detailed photos, and payment instructions.
Complete Payment
We accept bank wire transfer (preferred). Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your item for shipment with all accompanying paperwork and certifications.
Receive Your Item
Your item ships via EMS or UPS with full insurance. Please be present at delivery to inspect the parcel. All customs documentation is included.
